Stainsafe - Worst customer service/empty promises
Hi All, I thought I was the only one having problems with stainsafe untill I came across this website.I have been waiting since 8/20/2007 for them to fix my sofa.
Its going to be year and still no action. Everytime I call them they tell me that I need to communicate via e-mail. At first, they wanted to pay me $400 for my $3200 to settle the claim, after I declined they said you have to wait untill we find a dealer that can fix you're sofa that was 6 months ago and we haven't heard from them.
Any advise anyone??
Monetary Loss: $2500.
