I tried the toll free number on my receipt and no longer in service .I bought the warranty in 2009 and now have a chair that is falling apart and no one to contact.
I can not locate them online. All I found was a lot of complaints but why is consumer affairs doing nothing about this company who has been ripping people off for years! Should be a class action law suit by now. If so, I am in.
